The reasons to play it are the highish apm, high mobility, high stagger, high destruction, two built in class dashes, and general tankiness. It also has one of the best "flows" out of all the classes I have played. Kind of hard to describe, but when I started playing it I instantly fell in love with how it felt.With that said, here are the 3 most fun Lost Ark Classes that you can play to date: Mage. Gunner. Gunlancer is a dps class just like the rest. Each class in lost ark has two class engravings, or two different play styles/builds to chose from. Picking an assassin to play is essentially picking 1/6 not 1/3. DBZ inspired class after all. So try to level it up to 50, nothing is flashier in this game. Personally think Eso WD and Striker (either variation, but probably wouldn't go for Deathblow as an early alt) are incredibly fun. For story, start with a dps class. It's still doable with a support but it goes through much faster if you have a dps that has large aoes or that has higher movement speed/skills.
